There are three book options which you can currently purchase.   If one of these options doesn't work for you, just let me know and we'll send you the book in another format.

Note:  If you are on a Macintosh platform, please contact me before ordering any version other than the printed book version.

Because of the differences in computers and speed of internet connection, we've arranged the following so everyone interested can view the book:

1)  E-book option - Windows users only
After placing your order, you'll receive instructions on how to download your ebook.  It will remain on your hard drive on your computer so you won't need to be hooked to the internet for it to work. Other advantages of this format are a search function, added control buttons for easy navigation and printing, and a consistent format.  The only disadvantage of this format is that this is a large file with images and it will take a long time to download this.  Not recommended for computers with under 56K connections or limited hard drive storage or those who aren't using Windows.

2)  CD
The CD version is mailed to your home and contains a complete version of the book.  You run this off your computer CD player so it doesn't have to reside on your hard drive or the internet.  This is portable and fully printable.  The disadvantage is the cost of mailing and the slight wait time.  You should receive your CD within 10 days of ordering.

3)  Print
All versions of the ebook are fully printable via your own printer.  If you don't have a printer or color printer or would like to purchase a soft bound full-color version of the book to give as a gift or for a donation to your local library, please choose the print option.
