Your great-grandfather was Louis Rouillier born on August 25, 1847. He was the half brother of my grandfather and Elizabeth's great-grandfather Charles Rouillier born on Jan.28, 1865. Their father was Simon Ziron Rouillier born June 17, 1807. Their grandfather was Jean Baptise Rouillier who was born about 1756 in Lorena, France. There are in rocords of his marriage to Genevieve Louvier in the Baton Rouge Diocese. They were married on September 4, 1798.

Louis' mother was Carmelite Leblanc who is buried in St. Micheal's cemetary in Convent, Louisiana. You can find her grave stone by looking for the above ground tomb of Edouard Bougeois and looking in the grond directly in front of it. Carmelite's parents were Adam Leblanc and Marie Lanoux.

I have information on Louis' some of Louis' children and their decendants. I have Edward, Clotile, Pamela, Maurice,
Laure, Julie, Noemie, and Leah. I don't have Leah's decendants. I would love to include them in my records.

Feel free to email me to exchange information.
