Tinius & Jas. Tinius her husband, Jas. L. Ball & Effie his wife, Sherman Ball, Mattie Tinius & Henry Tinius her husband, Judie Ball, Godfrey Ball, A. B. Ball, Hardin Ball, Annie Ball & Robert Ball last six infants party of the first part and Gid P. Miller, Joe A. DeJernette and Horace Bland & their successors, Trustees of the Corinth Baptist church party of the second part. Witnesseth that said party of the first part for and in con- sideration of the sum of $_______ and the further consideration of there being erected on the land hereinafter conveyed a church house to be used for a house of public worship only do hereby sell and convey to the party of the second part & their succes- sors and assigns the following described property to wit: A certain lot or parcel of land in Breckinridge Co. Ky and at Jolly's Station on the Louisville Hardinsburg & Western Rairoad and bounded as follows towit. Beginning at a Maple in Andrew Frank's line thence N 80 E 27 1/2 poles to a stone thence N 28 W 20 poles to a stone thence S 47 W 25 poles to a white oak in Nelson Jolly line thence S 10 E 4 poles to the beginning con- taining by estimation two acres more or less. To have and to hold the same together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the party of the second part & their successors and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part hereby covenants with the said party of the second part that they will warrent the title to the property hereby conveyed unto the said party of the second part and their successors and assigns forever.
