I Edward E Bourne of Kennebunk, in the County of York Esquire, do on
oath testify and declare, that I have for some years known that the widow
of Joseph Burnham was still living, and being called upon by her to prepare
her claim and obtain the evidence to establish the service of said Joseph
in the Revolutionary war, I am fully satisfied from the deposition of Seth
Burnham Esquire one of the most respectable citizens of Kennebunk Port
and from the general knowledge of the fact by all those persons to whom
I have mentioned her case, that Susanna Stone now living is the same person
who was the widow of Joseph Burnham aforesaid.
