UNKOWN LADD PHOTOS

My Dad, Burrel Everett Ladd, has an old photo of the Havana Citizens' Band with Wm. F. Ladd being one of the band members. Does anyone know who Wm. F. Ladd is? My Dad had a cousin named "Willie" and believes this may be him but isn't sure. Willie's father was known as C.F. Ladd but I have been unable to find anything on him or his descendants. Anyone? Thanks.
