This Indenture made the third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine Between Valentine Stork of the borough of Harmony County of Butler and state of Pennsylvania and Elizabeth his wife of the first part and Jacob Schoene of the Borough of Zelienople County of Butler and state of Pennsylvania, of the second part witnesseth that eh parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand one hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold laiened enfeeoffed released conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns All those certain lots in the borough of Zelienople County and State aforesaid numbered in the general draft or plan of said Borough Number eleven and fifty-one 11&51 and half of lots number twelve and fifty (12&50) bounded and described as follows to wit running along the East side of Main street six rods thence joining and running parallel with the half lotts Number twelve and fifty 12&50 belonging to Samuel Bolton on the south twenty rods to main street to the place of beginning being the same lotts of ground which P L Passavant and Zeli his wife did by their deed of conveyance dated the first day of August A D one thousand and eitht hundred and twenty seven convey to Rudolph Kelker recorded in the office for the recording of deeds in and for the county of Butler in Deed Book F pages 238&239 And the said Rudolph Kelker did by his deed of conveyance dated the twenty second day of March AD one thousand eight hundred and fifty one (1851) convey the same to William Bastian recorded in Butler in Deed Book S. pages 210&211 And the said William Bastian and Amy his wife did by their deed of conveyance dated the sixth day of April AD one thousand and eight hundred and fifty two, convey the same to Valentine Stork the same being recorded in Butler in the office for the recording of Deeds in and for said County in Deed Book Y pages 305,6&7 reference being there unto had will more fully and at large appear. Together with all and singular the buildings improvements ways waters courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging or in anywise appurtaining and the reversions and the remainders rents isues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof To have and to hold the said described lotts of ground with the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and beheof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And Valentine Stork and Elizabeth his wife the said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted is mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against them the said party of the first part and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof Shall and will warrant and forever defend In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals Dated the day and year first above written.
