Security was Sam A. Standeford. John Richard LAMBERT was born on 19 Nov 1880 in DuBois, Washington, Illinois. The place of birth is according to a certificate John Richard had made while an adult. The facts were verified by his daughter, who, of course, could not have been present at the time. Therefore, I'm still searching for proof his parents lived in Washington Co., IL, at the time of his birth. He died on 15 Jan 1962 in Gray's Hospital, Batesville, Independence, Arkansas.⁽¹⁰⁾ Mary Lois PRATT and John Richard LAMBERT had the following children:

62 i. "Little Buddy" LAMBERT⁽¹¹⁾ was born in 1901 in Pocahontas, Randolph, Arkansas, probably. He died in 1901 in Pocahontas, Randolph, Arkansas, probably. My dad, Elby Lambert, remembers hearing about "Little Buddy", perhaps named after Samuel David "Bud" Lambert. Little Buddy was born with amazingly long hair for a baby.
