He died before 1860 in Alabama. Frederick is listed as Frederick Mize on the
1830 and 1840 Dallas Co., AL censuses. On the 1850 Census of Fayette Co., AL,
he is listed as Frederick Meys.
On his marriage listing in Jasper Co., GA, he is listed as Frederick Mies.
There is a Frederick Mize m. Anne Ragland on 31 August 1799, Orange Co., NC.
I don't know if this will end up as our Frederick or not.
He was married to Sarah SHADDOCK (daughter of Samuel SHADDOCK
and Prudence) on 10 Aug 1810 in Jasper Co., Georgia.
Sarah SHADDOCK was born about 1790 in South Carolina. She died
after 1860 in Alabama. Frederick MIZE and Sarah SHADDOCK had the following children:
