The purpose of this website is to make available a centeralized place where people who are interested in the KIRKMAN surname can go to find genealogical information. This is not intended to be "the end all and be all" repository for KIRKMAN data. However, the site welcomes any data that you wish to share/correct (click on the "smiley" face below).
Why are the pages designed so plainly? Well, because I am more interested in the dissemination of information than wowing you with graphics and Java scripts that take forever to download. If you want to see pretty patterns and swirling colors, press lightly on your eyeballs.
