There are two forms of the KIRKMAN mailing list.
A) To unsubscribe from the "mail mode" version
in which every message sent to the list is sent to you as a separate email.
B) To unsubscribe from the "digest" version
which bundles up the separate messages into a consolidated email.
Click on which option (above) you want to unsubscribe from and you will
be taken to the instructions for that method.
