Please follow these instructions.
There are two forms of the KIRKMAN mailing list.
A) Receive the "mail mode" version in which
every message sent to the list is sent to you as a separate email.
B) Receive the "digest" version which bundles
up the separate messages into a consolidated email.
Click on which option you want (above) and you will be taken to the
instructions for that method of delivery.

1) In your email program turn off your automatic signature if you have it turned on (most people don't use one).
