Whereas at an Orphans Court held at Ebensburg in and for the County of Cambria on the first day of April, AD 1834 before the Honorable John Young, George Roberts Whereas at an Orphans Court held at Ebensburg in and for the County of Cambria on the first day of April, AD 1834 before and Honorable John Young, George Roberts and John Murray, Justices of the said Court. The Petition of Joseph Conrad one of the sons and heirs of John Conrad, late of Allegheny Township, Cambria County, died having made his last Will and Testament and in his lifetime was seized in his demise as offer of and in a certain tract of land situated in Allegheny township, Cambria County containing about ninety acres, adjoining lands of the Rev. D.A. Gallitzin, John Kuntz, Barnabas Little and others, on which the said deceased resided in his lifetime. That the deceased left a widow Catherine and twelve children, namely Jacob (who his since died leaving three children, namely Francis, Lewis and Mary Anne, all minors who have guardians appointed in Adams County), John Joseph, James, Mary Anne all of full age; Peter, Appolonia, Simon, Thomas, Elizabeth, Stephen and Juliana minors and praying the Honorable court to award an inquest to make partition of the premises aforesaid of such interest as the said John conrad had therein at the time of his death, to and among the children and the representatives of the siad John Conrad or among so many of as the same will accommodate without prejudice to or spoiling the whole according to the Acts of the Assembly, in such case made and provided by the said inquest is awarded."
