Letters of Clay & Kate Bowen The letter of Clay Bowen was written after a prairie fire in Kansas a few days before he died in 1887.  Kate's letter was written in 1925 about a prairie Christmas in 1887. 
Letter of Frances (Fannie) Farmer Bowen This letter is on the Sumter County, South Carolina page.  Fannie was the daughter of William Henry Bowen.  She wrote the letter on March 15, 1857 while living in Jefferson County, Mississippi.  It has many Bowen names in it. 
Notes of Arthur Finn Bowen These notes are about Arthur's trip with his grandfather back to his grandfather's homeplace in Lunenburg Co, VA.  They give some great clus to his ancestry.
Letter of William Bowen This letter was written on December 1, 1837 by William Bowen of Canada.  It contains several different Bowen names.  Letter was submitted by Thomas Thompkins.
Ancestral Lines, 3rd ed (1998) This part of the book is about Richard Bowen and is adapted from the book by Carl Boyer with his permission.   Thank you very much Carl!
The Bowen Family 1814 - 1914 This book was published in 1914 by the Bowen Centennial Association.  The book is about Ephraim Bowen and his descendants.  Ephraim was born in Chester County, PA on October 22, 1769.  He emigrated to KY then to OH and then to IN where he died.  There are some very interesting stories and a long list of descendants.
