This Marriage was solemnized between us, William Worthington Kaye, Sarah Oates, in the Presence of us, Joseph Oates, William Atkinson Oates. {{Inland Revenue Seal, One Penny}}

By virtue of my appointment to the office of Registrar, I make the original entries in all the Register Books belonging to and kept at the Parish Church of Leeds, and I have also the sole custody of all Register Books, there deposited, for and on behalf of the REV. JAMES ATLAY, D.D., Vicar of the said Parish.
