I have a David Kaye, a carpenter, who must fit somehow into the family from Emley, Yorkshire, England. He married Ellen Stead 19 May 1806 Emley. David and Ellen are named in the will of Ellen's father in 1835, when they were still in Emley and bequeathed a house in Emley. (I'm a Stead researcher.) |
