I am seeking information about the Ellen KAY, from Cornburrow, Darwen, Lancashire, who married Christopher ISHERWOOD in 1781. Ellen was baptised on the 21st July 1762 and had seven siblings. Her parents were Thomas and Betty KAY, of whom I know nothing.

Ellen and Christopher ISHERWOOD had eight children:

Robert (1782);
Mally (1784);
Thomas (1785);
James (my ancestor, 1787);
Ellen (1789);
Ann (1791);
Arthur (1793); and
Christopher (1795).

I am anxious to trace Ellen's parents and her husband Christopher.
