She married Amos Lewis, son of Evan Lewis and Sarah (--?--), on 1 January 1817 in East Fork Meeting House, Ohio. She died on 10 June 1835 in East Fork, Clinton County, Ohio, at age 37. She was buried in East Fork.
She was a Friend (Quaker). She was granted a certificate to Miami Monthly Meeting (Warren County, Ohio) with her parents, Micajah Nordyke and Charity Ellis, on 29 March 1806 by Lost Creek Monthly Meeting.

AMOS LEWIS married Patience Jessop in 1837. He was a Friend (Quaker).

She married Jonathan Hockett, son of Jonathan Hockett and Mary Williams, on 23 December 1829 in Clear Creek Meeting House, Clinton County, Ohio. She died on 14 April 1883 in Back Creek, Grant County, Indiana, at age 78.
She was a Friend (Quaker). She was granted a certificate to Miami Monthly Meeting (Warren County, Ohio) with her parents, Micajah Nordyke and Charity Ellis, on 29 March 1806 by Lost Creek Monthly Meeting.

JONATHAN HOCKETT was born either 27 October 1803 or 29 October 1803 in Montgomery County, Virginia. He died on 13 January 1888 in Back Creek, Grant County, Indiana. He was a Friend (Quaker).

He was a Friend (Quaker). He moved with his parents, Robert Ellis and Anna Hockett, circa 1847 to Clinton County, Ohio. He and Susannah (--?--) were received on certificate from Clear Creek Monthly Meeting (Clinton County, Ohio) in 1848 by Springfield Monthly Meeting, Clinton County, Ohio. Louise died supposedly in 1850. But Jonathan and Susannah figured in Quaker records in 1848 and 1853. So Louise's date of death is probably in error, unless she and Susannah are in fact the same person. He was disowned for "disunity" on 14 January 1850 by Newberry Monthly Meeting, Clinton County, Ohio. He and Susannah (--?--) were received on certificate from Springfield Monthly Meeting (Clinton County, Ohio) in 1853 by Center Monthly Meeting, Clinton County, Ohio.

LOUISE MCCLURE was born in 1828. She died in 1850.

28. SETH HOCKETT5 ELLIS (Robert4, Nehemiah3, Mordecai2, Thomas1) was born on 3 January 1830 on a farm near Martinsville, Clinton County, Ohio. He married Rebecca Jane Tressler, daughter of Jacob Tressler and Sarah Null, on 21 August 1851 in Warren County, Ohio. He died on 23 June 1904 in Waynesville at age 74. He was buried in Miami Cemetery, East Wayne Township, Warren County.
He was a birth-right Friend (Quaker). He moved with his parents, Robert Ellis and Anna Hockett, circa 1847 to Clinton County, Ohio. He was a farmer near Waynesville, Warren County, Ohio. He was disowned by Springborough Monthly Meeting for having joined the Methodists. However, his obituary says that "...he was a genial, lovable, well-educated farmer of the Quaker faith." In addition, for the 1903 Centennial of Miami Monthly Meeting, Waynesville, he was one of the two presiding officers. In 1873, he was elected first Master of the Ohio State Grange, of which he was a founder. He was received back as a Quaker at his own request in 1894 by Miami Monthly Meeting, Waynesville. "In 1899 he was nominated for Governor by the Union Reform party and in 1900 was that party's candidate for President of USA! [sic]" Apparently, he lost.

REBECCA JANE TRESSLER was born on 20 April 1833 in Warren County, Ohio. She died on 7 April 1908 in Waynesville, Warren County, Ohio, at age 74. She was buried on 7 April 1908 in Miami Cemetery, East Wayne Township, Warren County. She was born a Friend (Quaker), but later became a Methodist. She witnessed the marriage of William Elias O'Neall and Eva Irma Ellis on 2 May 1907 in the bride's father's parlor, Waynesville.

29. LYDIA ANN5 ELLIS (Robert4, Nehemiah3, Mordecai2, Thomas1) was born on 7 October 1835 in Clinton County, Ohio. She married Enoch P. Jones in 1857 in Grant County, Indiana. She died in 1914.
