Date is uncertain.  Looks Irish to me and perhaps 1900 or earlier. 
These are Eileen Dolan-Heitlinger's maternal grandmother's parents. 
Their son, Bartholemew J. Hunt was born in 1875.  In about 1898 Bartholemew Hunt married Margaret Mary McCabe (Dady).
They had 7 children, the second was Marguerite Regina Hunt (Gram) born in 1901.
