Thomas Overman one of the subscribing witnesses to the within will appeared in Open Court & made affirmation the he was present and saw Solomon Hendricks sign His last will & testament.

* Maiden name of Mary Hendricks, wife of Solomon Hendricks, is unknown. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
** Elizabeth Hendricks was most probably the widow and 2nd wife of Solomon's father, Thomas Hendricks (Sr.) (c.l680-c.1739) who had also lived on Solomon's land until his death.
