My grandpa FRANCIS NOLAN was in Chile working as an engineer for the All American Cable Co, with my GreatGrandpa ROBERT O'akley or Oakley, around 1928-1933. Francis had a sister named Carrie. He returned to Chile in 1940. This is a photo of him, my grandma, my mom, and my aunt.
