Maas Family Chart

The earliest records of our MAAS ancestors can be found in northwestern Germany near the present border
with the Netherlands, in the town of Breyell.  In the mid-1700's, they were in Noord Brabant, the Netherlands,
in the town of Gemert. In 1825, the MAAS family was joined with the NOOYEN family when Joanna Maria
MAAS married Nicolaas (Nicholas) NOOIJEN.  Twenty-five years later, Nicholas and Joanna Maria, along
with their seven children, left Holland for the New World, settling in the area near Green Bay, Wisconsin.
