Hannah's German Style Deviled Eggs

One dozen hard boiled eggs
Sugar
Vinegar
Mayonaise

Shell and half hard boiled eggs.   Put yokes into small mixing bowl and add a little sugar.  Crumble yoke with sugar till well mixed then add a few drops  vinegar and mix well.  Add mayonaise to the consistency you prefer and fill egg whites.  Garnish with paprika. 


Chicken Nachos

One pound cooked chicken - can be left over fried or baked chicken
1 packet Fajaita seasoning
Torangos
Mexican Blend Cheese

Shred chicken into skillet; add seasoning and 3/4 cup water.  Cook till water evaporates from meat. 

Place a layer of Torangos or nacho chips on microwave safe plate and cover with chicken.  Top chicken with layer of Mexican blend cheese and sprinkle chili powder on top.  Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on your oven.   Serve  with sour cream and salsa


Cheese Spread 


Grate colby or cheddar cheese brick, add  pimentos and cover with warm salad dressing, (recipe found under dressings, sauces & glazes), mix well.  Refridgerate.   Tastes just like spread you purchase in deli.
