This site contains scanned images of the documents which set up a Power of Attorney for payments to Elizabeth Hooper for James Hooper's accrued pension. Blank parts of each page have been cropped to minimize file size. The pages were scanned at 300 dpi resolution to give the greatest detail for printouts. Two seals were affixed to the middle page, obstructing a few letters.
