This scanned image is a brief letter from the field agent serving the heirs of Jesse Hooper of Tennessee. Two folds in the letter cause the broad horizontal dark spots. Blank parts of the image are cropped to minimize file size. The letter was scanned at 300 dpi resolution with enhanced brightness to give the greatest detail for printouts.
