Hollinger, Adam
From Shirley Robinette [email protected] Marie, I have been sorting thru some of my old correspondence & fouond the following on a Adam. Maybe it will help someone searching this line. Adam Hollinger b. 1760 Alabama son of George Hollinger marr:(1) Francesca Leflore ch: William Hollinger b.? marr: ? Randon Adam marr: (2) Maria Jeanne Josephine Juzan dau of Peter Juzan, the Indian Commisary, (record in Old Stephens Land Office records Vol 1-1768-1888. record states in 1798 "Adam Hollinger, father of 3 or 4 children). William Hollinger in court case filed 1839 in Alabama that he belonged to the Creek Indian Tribe. Re:Nell Peterson 8010 Parkdale Dr Austin, texas 78758 Letter dated Mat 6, 1787 Shirley
From: "James Alfred Locke Miller, Jr." <[email protected]> Can't recall the sources, but I think one of the Creek Hollingers served in the Ala. CSA, then became a Union cavalry SGT. in Florida, under officers leading Union cavalry raids into Ala.? Did cavalry Sgt Jackson Juzan, out West, serve only in the CSA cavalry? Jim, Charlotte, N.C.
