WILL OF JACOB HOLLINGER-Lancaster Co, PA?
In the name of God amen! I Jacob Hollinger being sick and weak of body but
of
sound in sense, memory, and understanding do make this my last will and
testament in manner and form of following
First, I give my sole to Almighty God who gave it to me, an wish my body
to be
intered in a decent and becoming manor. And it is my will that as soon as
convenient after my decease that all my estate real and personal be sold
and
all my debts paid, And all the neat proceeds of my estate to be bequeathed
in
the following manor, First I bequeath to my sister Frances Brown the one
half
of all the neat proceeds of my estate, and the other half to my brother[s]
George & John to be Equally divided between them, and all my wearing
apparel I
bequeath to Henry Brown my sister's Francis Brown's son. Lastly I do
nominate
constitute and appoint my dear and trusty brother John Hollinger to be my
Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other
wills
and bequeaths by me heretofore made proclaiming this and no other to be my
last will and Testament...... 7th September 1823
