Jacob Helman of the County of Wayne in the state of Ohio do make a publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say

First it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.

Second I give devise & bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Helman in lieu of her dower the plantation on which we now reside situate in Jackson township county & state aforesaid it being the west half of the north west quarter of section fourteen containing eighty acres and all the live stock horses cattle sheep hogs & home now owned so long as she remains my widow. Also the beds and bedding and all the household furniture during her life. She however first disposing of & sufficing thereof to pay my just debts aforesaid

Third & to my daughters Elizabeth Helman & Mary Magdalena Helman each one hundred dollars to be paid out of the stock aforesaid when they reach the age of twenty two years.

Fourth & to my sons Robert Helman & Harman Helman all the remainder at the death or marriage of my said wife to be divided share & share alike.

& lastly I hereby constitute & appoint my said wife Sarah Helman & John Helman of Perry township County and state aforesaid to be the executors of this my last will and testament revoking & annulling all former will by me made and ratifying and confirming this & no other to be my last will and testament

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty-sixth day of December A D 1831.
