I, E.B. Helman, of Sedalia, Pettis County, Missouri, do hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament, in manner and form as follows, to wit:

First: It is my desire that all my just debts, including my funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as can be conveniently done.

Second: I hereby give, devise and bequeathe, to my son Elmer G. Helman, the farm he now occupies consisting of 90 acres more or less and situated in Prairie Township, Pettis County, Missouri, and known as the Chris Johnson Farm, in fee simple, absolutely and forever.

Third: I hereby give, devise and bequeathe to my son Eugene Helman, Jr. the tracts of land known as the Ferguson, Petty and Powell, tracts consisting of 306 acres more or less, to have and to hold in fee simple absolutely and forever.

Fourth: I hereby give, devise and bequeathe to my beloved wife Nelle A. Helman, the farm on which we now live known as the Bartle Farm, where we now live, in Sedalia Township Pettis County, Missouri, consisting of 90 acres more or less, to have and to hold the same in fee simple absolutely and forever.

Fifth: I hereby give and bequeathe to my sister Elvie Helman, if she be living at the time of my death the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, ($200.00).

Sixth: I hereby give, and bequeathe to my son Elmer G. Helman, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars, in addition to the above real estate. This bequest to my son Elmer I feel is a just divison of my property between my two sons owing to the fact that my son Elmer has already received from me the expenses of his education and owing to the fact that he now has his interests in other lands in the States of Pennsylvania and Illinois, and my son Eugene, Jr. has yet to pay the expenses of his education.

Seventh: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate where-so-ever situated of which I may die seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, real, personal or mixed I hereby give, devise and bequeathe to my beloved wife, Nelle A. Helman, to have and to hold in fee simple absolutely and forever.

Eighth: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Nelle A. Helman, to be executrix of this my last will and testament and it is my desire that she be not required to give bond as such. I hereby revoke all other or former wills or testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

IN TESTAMONEY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name this thirteenth day of April, 1934.

E.B. Helman

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed and declared by the testator, E.B. Helman, to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
