Obituary: A. Clifford Helman Jr., 65, of 4709 Marblehead St., Lower Paxton Twp., died Wednesday in Woodstock, Va., as a result of an automobile accident.

He was an industrial engineer with Genesco; a member of the Colonial Park United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 945 and VFW Post 1718; and a Navy veteran of World War II.

He was the widower of Doris Jean Helman. Surviving are three sons, James C. of Atlanta, Robert M. of York Springs, and Raymond E. of Harrisburg; a daughter, Barbara A. Dirk of Hummelstown; two sisters, Edith Spohn of Harrisburg, and Alva Prinz of Orlando, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at his church. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Arrangements are being handled by Hoover Funeral Home, Lower Paxton Twp.
