The Naturalization records, Wills, Probates, Insanity hearings, Guardianship papers and various court papers are available for genealogy research.  It is suggested that Wednesday and Thursday are the better days for visiting the court house and doing research.

Copies can be requested for a fee.  The first copy is $2.00, 2nd through 19th are $.50 and 20th or more are $.25. If research is requested the charge is $6.00 per year searched.  If requesting copies by mail, include a SASE that is business size.  This is an active circuit court, please be patient when requesting copies by mail.
