Sven Jonsson signed a land contract to buy the east 80 acres of
the southwest quarter of Stockholm section 7(across the road from
the cemetery). Terms were $4 per acre and 5 additional acres
of timber for $15 for a total due of $395 payable in 4 notes spaced
out over the first 6 years. (Nothing more is recorded until
a land assignment on 28 October 1907 which is probably the reassignment
of the land back from Sophia Christianson to the Michealsons.)
In July 1874, the Michaelsons added this 80 acres to their adjoining
farm. Where the Sven Jonssons went is an open question.
