After Anna Margaret's death he married her sister, Abigail (7) GOBLE on Aug. 14, 1850. Anna Margaret and Abigail were the daughters of James (6) GOBLE and Nancy (or Mary) POLLARD.

- Lydia CONGER b: Aug. 17, 1746 in Morristown, NJ d: Oct. 3, 1823. Married to Henry (5) GOBLE in Dec. 11, 1765 in Morristown, Morris, NJ.
- Elizabeth CONGER b: about 1740 married Mar. 3, 1757 to Benjamin (5) GOBLE. It was long reported that Simeon CONGER b: about 1729 was married to Abigail (5) GOBLE. There is evidence available to dispute this:
- Simeon does not appear in Benj.'s will.
- Simeon does not appear in the Conger Family in America Vols. I & II.
- Simeon does not appear in tax, census, military, or earmarks lists.
- Simeon does appear--in the Appendix to Morristown Church Records under the family of Benj. Conger as Simeon with wife Abigail Goble followed by two daus said to be named in Benj's will--those two daus. were the children of Abigail Conger and Simeon Goble which do indeed appear in Benj.'s will. The list of Benj's children does NOT include Abigail Conger with husband Simeon Goble---instead it lists Simeon and Abigail Goble with their two daus which is correct, for Abigail Conger became Abigail Goble when she married Simeon.
- The fact that Simeon had a sister Abigail Goble has accounted for this confusion--if he hadn't had a sister Abigail everyone would have correctly understood that the list referred to Abigail Conger Goble.
- Abigail Goble was born 19 Jan 1729 and was alive when her father wrote his 1783 will. Among the 15 Abigails on the Morristown Mortality list only ONE was born in1729--Abigail wife of Joseph Fairchild.

Ebenezer's brother Joseph FAIRCHILD b: about 1724 in Stratford, Fairfield, CT is very likely the husband of Abigail (5) Goble b: January 19, 1728/29 in Morristown, NJ to Robert (4) Goble.
- HOUGHTON - Sarah HOUGHTON b: Jul. 30, 1672 in Lancaster, Worcester County, MA d: Feb 1715/16 in Morristown, NJ. She married Daniel/David (3) GOBLE on Jun. 23, 1689 in Lancaster, MA
- LA FOLLETTE - Phebe/Phoebe (5) GOBLE b:May 12, 1743 in Morristown, NJ, d: in Hardin Co., KY. She was the daughter of Robert (4) Goble and Mary Malatiah/Malat? She married Joseph LA FOLLETTE May 1, 1771.

- TOMPKINS - Ichabod THOMPKINS b: between 1720 and 1726 in either Hanover, NJ or Livingston, Essex, NJ. He was the first husband of Hannah (5) Goble. They married on December 24, 1746 in Morris, Morristown, NJ. Hannah married Amos STARK after the death of Ichabod.
