Roosevelt Carpenter
This picture is from Tim Carpenter of Morristown, TN. He says this is a copy of a picture of his grandfather Roosevelt Carpenter as a teenager. He says to notice the clothes Roosevelt is wearing and the hat that is sitting in front of him. He wants to know if this is German clothing?
