    • Winston Carter, b. 1847, joined Confederate Army K 39 MS, was released when his uncle wrote a letter stating that he was fourteen years old, was in Tulluluh, LA in 1881.
    • Nancy Carter, b. 1850
    • Henry Foote Carter, b. 1851
  • There were three daughters, one believed to have been Rebecca, who married Thomas Newman.
