Richard married Susan Jane (Adcox) ADCOCK, daughter of Warren ADCOCK and Honor ODUM, about 1858. Susan was born 14 Feb 1839 in Coweta County, Georgia. She died 8 Jan 1905 in Coalfire, Pickens County, Alabama.
They had the following children:
2 M i. Warren Samuel DAVIDSON was born 13 Nov 1859 in Oakman, Walker County, Alabama. He died 27 Aug 1931 in Coalfire, Pickens County, Alabama.
Warren married (1) Mary Jane BONNER, daughter of John Smith BONNER and Mary Jane BROWNING, on 21 Jun 1876 in Columbus, Lowndes County, Mississippi. Mary was born 3 May 1860 in Georgia. She died 11 Sep 1906 in Stafford, Graham County, Arizona.
Warren also married (2) Annie ESTES on 4 Mar 1909 in Pickens County, Alabama. Annie was born 11 Nov 1882. She died 7 Jan 1972 in Pickens County, Alabama.
