Alexander married Rebecca DAVIDSON, daughter of John DAVIDSON General, RW and
Violet Winslow WILSON, on 27 Apr 1784 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Rebecca was born 20 Mar 1762 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
She died 23 Nov 1824 in Lincoln or Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
