                          SEPTEMBER 15, 1892
DAVIDSON. Sister Sarah, wife of J.J. Davidson and daughter of John Taylor
was born September 16, 1838, and died August 20, 1892. She professed
faith in Christ and united with the Baptist Church at Good Springs, in the
year 1867; but during the latter part of her life, she became a member of
the Concord Baptist Church, where she lived and died a beloved member
of that church and was buried there. She bore her short and painful illness
with patience and fortitude, and thought of the comfort of her family and
friends. She lived a consistent life as a Christian; was a dutiful wife and
a kind and loving mother. She leaves a husband and six children to mourn
her death; but our loss is her eternal gain, which the bright realms of glory
furnish to the redeemed souls.
