Forrest Earl Ladd, third child of Elno Boyd and Mamie (Anderson) Ladd
Forrest was born 5 May 1907, in Payne County, Oklahoma, probably near the little town of Ripley. He helped Everett and Roy, and after Everett's marriage in 1922, just he and Roy, in maintaining the family farm after their father's death in the 1918 flu epidemic. Forrest and Bonnie Stillwell were married 20 Feb 1926 in Chandler, Oklahoma. They had three children: Forrest Jr., Linda Lou, and Barbara Joan. Forrest died 20 Dec 1965 at age 58 from complications arising from emphysema. He had been a semi-invalid for several years. He was converted through radio ministries during his later years, and became a diligent Bible scholar, using the limited tools available to him.
