Introduction
WELCOME to the Nathan Saunders Elliott Family History Files.   The family line include: Blaine, Boyd, Chamberlin, Carlton, Crow, Elliott, Finlay, Isgrigg and Redmon family lines. Over 3600 names are included. Each even numbered year in mid-June, Elliott descendants gather near St. Joseph, MO to share information, renew friendships and discuss family history.

The life and times of Nathan Saunders Elliott including what we know about related Elliott families in Ohio and Missouri.  The story of the Fanny Blaine Elliott family as they arrived in the "new world" and settled in the Northwest Territory.  Included in this slide presentation are two letters from James and Samuel Elliott to the Boyd family, dated 1843.  Fanny is buried in the Lower Methodist Cemetary in Keene, Ohio (7 mi N of Roscoe Village, OH).  Lucy Saunders Elliott is buried in the same cemetary. Earl grew up in Craig, MO, joined the US Army.  He met Elizabeth at Fort Harrison, IN, while she was working at Sunnyside Hospital. They started housekeeping in St. Joe, MO.  Earl drove trains on the St. Joe and Grand Island Railroad.
