    Pleasant Grove Cemetery is located south of Decatur. It's on the west side of FmRd 730 between Decatur and Boyd. It's to the southside and behind the Pleasant Grove Baptist church.

    We did our survey in April of 2000 and found 1034 headstones at that time. The 1963 listing by Mr. & Mrs. Homer L. Roper and Mr. & Mrs. W. Cletus Johnston had 40 additional headstones for a total of 1074.
