Does anyone know who is the Benjamin Kelley and Matilda Cocrell list in this
will ? Any information about this family will be appreciated.

I Benjamin Kelley of the district of Greenville and State of South Carolina
being of sound and disposeing mind and memory do make this my last will and
testament in the manner and form following to wit.
1st. I commit my spirit to God who gave it and desire a decent burial and the
payment of my funeral expenses and all just debts.
2nd. It is my wish that Matilda, Corcell be provided with a red cow and calf
and pay for previshion and all of the household furniture that she meeds and
the remaining part of my property to sold and equally divided between my two
sons and Matilda, Cocrell.
3rd. I appoint Thomas W. Roe Executer of this my last will and testament with
the request that he will execute it to the best of his ability.
4th. I here by declare this to be my last will and testament and revoke all
others of a prior date to this witness my hand and seal this thirtereth
November in the year of Lord one thousand eight hundred fifty five.
