      S-114: 3 Sept. 1856, Moses Duncan sell to Elija Duncan for $125 paid, a tract containing 44 acres more or less in Anderson Co. TN District No.7 on Roaring Creek of Mountain Fork of Poplar Creek, being the NE end of a 300 acre survey on which said Moses Duncan now lives, beg. on W. bank of Roaring Creek, then ... with a small drane to the outline of the 100 acre survey, then ... to the line of a 100 acre survey of Isaac Duncan, then ... to the beginning, warrant title to said Elija Duncan and his heirs. The provenances of this deed are as follows, should Elija Duncan cancell? or sell said land, said Moses Duncan is to have the refusal of the same or $125 the purchase money. /s/ Moses Duncan. Wit.
