PA for 55 lbs paid by David Duncan & "Mayjor" John "Findley" of same place, sell to said David Duncan and Major John Finley as tennants in common and not as joint tennants, land on Southeastern bank of River Allegania joining the Kingsfield lott claimed by William Evins and a peace of ground and improvement made by Mr. Joseph Spear decd. to include all that piece of ground cleared and improved by Alexander Ross known as Ross's field, 20 acres (MAD: more description not copied). PA, sell and transfer to said George Lazier all my right, title, use, property, (etc) to a tract of land on Loyal Hanna Creek adj. lands of Samuel Sloan in Westmoreland Co. & state and containing by survey made 3 April 1769 and numbered among the records of the Land Office at Philadelphia, 943, for 300 acres of land. /s/ Samuel Duncan, wit.       1-456/457: 16 July 1793, Adam Weaver of Unity Township, Westmoreland Co. PA, to Joseph Duncan of town of Shippensburg, Cumberland Co. PA, merchant, that Adam Weaver by two obligations in writings obligatory dated even date herewith stands bound to the said Joseph Duncan for 214 pounds 1 shilling 8 pence PA money, in the whole conditioned for payment of 107 pounds 10 pence like money, that is to say, by one obligation for 60 pounds for payment of 30 pounds on or before 16 Oct. next and the other for 154 pounds 1 shilling 8 pence for payment of 77 pounds 10 pence on or before 16 Jan. next, to better secure payment, and for 5 shillings paid by Joseph Duncan, Adam Weaver grants to Joseph Duncan a certain plantation and tract of land in Unity Township, Westmoreland Co., adj. the several lands of Philip Smith, Charles Fiscus, Frederick Pershan, John Fiscus, Hugh Marton and Mathias Stockburger containing 354 acres, nevertheless if Adam Wever pays the said debt, the present indenture is void. /s/ Adam Weaver, wit.       2-211/212: Agreement 11 April 1791 between James Hamilton Esqr. of Westmoreland Co. and Robert Duncan of Franklin Co., both State of Pennsylvania, that James Hamilton Esqr. sells to Robert Duncan 100 acres of land on the Twelve Mile Run adj. lands of John Proctor, Thomas Flitcher and land lately sold to Rob. McGargan? by William Proctor and is part of a tract that was formerly his property and is to include all his improvements, for the consideration of 150 pounds to be paid by afsd Robt. Duncan to the said James Hamilton, that is to say, 100 pounds part there of on demand and remainder 50 on 1st day of November next upon said Hamilton's making good title; bond for 300 pounds PA money. /s/ James Hamilton, Robert (X) Duncan. That Pennsylvania by letters patent 15 July 1790 granted to Samuel Duncan land called Turkey Hill, on south side Conemaugh River in Westmoreland Co. on bank of said river adj. Campbell's claim, 246 acres and 109 perches, recorded in Patent Book 15, pg.315, now said Samuel Duncan and wife Ann for 277 lbs. 7 sh. 10 pence equal to $739.71 PA money, paid by Nicholas Chapman of Westmoreland Co.       8-523: 27 Oct. 1809, John Craig of Buffaloe Twp., Armstrong Co. PA, for $1 to Robert Duncan of Derry Twp., Westmoreland Co. PA, and other valuable considerations, land in Derry Twp., 100 acres including an improvement on a larger run emptying into the Conemaugh River adj. lands of William Patton and others, surveyed upon a warrant dated 7 July 1788, that in or about 1789 a deed was executed by me to John Hanna which by sundry means became vested in David Duncan the father of the present grantee, which conveyances have been lost.       11-339/340: 29 Aug. 1815, James Duncan of Indiana Co. and wife Betsy late Betsey McKee to John McKee of Westmoreland Co, that Robert McKee late of Westmoreland Co. died seized at the time of his death of a tract of land in Hempfield Township adj. lands of William Jack and others. Having made his will dated 9 Nov. 1813 by which he devised a certain portion of said land to said Betsy McKee one of his daughters to be set apart, which was done accordingly, and one other portion of said land was divided to David McKee to be set apart in the manner mentioned in the will, which was also done, and the said David died intestate, in vertue? of which the said Betsy was entitled to an equal portion of his interest in the land with his brothers and sisters which was to each an equal eighth part, now the said James Duncan and Betsy his wife for $800 paid by said John McKee, sell to said John McKee all the following lots, consisting of numbers 2 and 9 on a general deed of partition made in pursuance of said will, No.2 of upland beg. at a post on corner of number 1, then ... on a line of William Jack's land, then ... to the beg. containing 10 acres and 114 perches, neat measured No.9 of meadow ground beg. at a post on a line of No.6 ... then by No.10 to a post at a lane to be opened, then ... line by No.8, then ... post at No.2, then ... to the beginning, containing 4 acres and 37 perches neat measure. /s/ James Duncan, Elizabeth Duncan. County afsd, whereas William and Mary in right of said Mary are by law entitled to a distributive share of the personal estate of Robert McKee decd. equal to one ninth part, and William and Mary in right of said Mary are further entitled to one equal undivided ninth part of all land in messuage and lot of ground contiguous to the mill dam near Greenburg and proceeding 70 feet or thereabouts upon the great road, part of the real estate of Robert McKee of which no distribution has yet been made, and are by law entitled to one equal eighth as well of the real as of the personal whereby David McKee lately died seized, now William McKee and Mary his wife for $200 paid by James Duncan of town of Indiana, have quit claimed to James Duncan all shares ... of the personal estate of Robert McKee and of the lot of ground and all our interest in the real and personal estate of David McKee. /s/ William McKee, Mary McKee.
