PA known as the Maple creek Mill property containing 1,030 acres more or less, comprising a tract containing 300 acres more or less in Polk Twp. of Jefferson Co. on the west end of Tract No.2768, also a tract of 106 acres more or less in Barnett Twp, Jefferson Co., being a part of lot No.5701 of the Albertis land in Jefferson Co., also a tract of 126 acres known as the Maple Creek Mill lot in Forrest Co. being part of Warrant No.5701 of the Alberti Lands in Forrest Co., also a tract containing 104 acres and 155 perches in Forrest co. PA known as the Maple Creek lot of the Coleman property, also a tract containing 400 acres more or less in Forrest Co. PA being off the west end of tract No.3144 and being the same tracts of pieces of land in a deed of even date between Charles C. Johnston and Sarah his wife to John G.
