PA by warrant 18 July 1806 caused to be valued and assessed all the unseated lands in the schedule attached to the warrant, that more than 12 months had elapsed ... payment of sundry taxes ... remain unpaid, I was authorized to sell the land, on 5 Sept. 1806 sold a tract of 200 acres in the 1st Donation District No.183 drawn by Michael Curls, a soldier, and taxed in the name of Matthew Duncan as reputed owner, sold to William B.
