PA, on the hill between Bradys Run and Big Beaver Creek, beg. at NW corner adj. lands of James Anderson now the said property of the second part, then east to the brow of the hill adj. lands of Edward Evans, Hugh Stenderson and William P. Townsend on the east line, then south along the brow of the hill adj. lands of Wolcotts heirs, John Thornly's parties of the first part, Thomas Perroll?, Edwd. Evans, M.T. Deed Book No.28 pgs.267&c, and Joseph Duncan afterwards became seized of one undivided eighth of said larger tract by deed from Milo Duller?
