OH to John Duncan, for the consideration hereinafter mentioned, grant and lease 50 acres out of Sec.1 Twp.6 Range 10, NE 1/4 Sec., SE corner of said quarter section, with appurtenances, for 10 years from this date, and John Duncan shall "bild" a house 16 x 18 ... and a barn 52 feet long and 20 wide and put on a cluborn? ruff and clear 30 acres on said lot to be put in 3 fields and left in good repair with a good 7 rule fence, and John Duncan shall have privilege to sow down as much as he wants the last years of his term of time on said lot, John Duncan agrees to put in a flore in said barn. /s/ Helen (X) Paxin, John Duncan.
