      23-334/335: 6 Aug. 1847, That on 8 May 1843? John Dunkin of Miami Co. OH filed his petition in Court of Common Pleas for Miami Co. OH against Elizabeth Dunkin widow and Isaiah Dunkin and others heirs of Isaac Dunkin decd., demanding partition of certain real estate described in Chancery, and proceedings were had that the commissioner appointed by court to make partition reported that the partition could not be made without manifest injury and the value of that portion was $975 and at the July term 1847 the said commissioner was appointed and John Dunkin elected to take that portion of the real estate described herein, and having paid to Isaiah Jesse Dunkin & Robert Dixer & wife their respective shares of said sum of $975 and executed a mortgage on the premises to secure the defered payment, the court adjudged the real estate to said John Dunkin, the Sheriff to execute a deed, refer to records of said Court. Now Thos. Jay, Sheriff of said court, ... sell to said John Dunkin the real estate so adjudged, W part of SW 1/4 Sec.3 Twp.6 Range 5E containing 65 acres of which said Isaac Dunkin died seized. 6 Aug. 1847. /s/ Thomas Jay, Sheriff, Miami Co.
