OH, beg. at SW corner of land deeded to Edward Waldon, then North to east line of Twp, then along east line to SE corner of land surveyed to Nehemiah Richards in a partition between him and others by Ralph Cowles, then south .. to the center of a highway and the SW corner, then along the highway to the beginning, containing 64-3/100 acres more or less, together with appurtenances, warrant title. /s/ Henry B. Clayton. The land hereby deeded is 45 feet from the west side of the premises which said Clayton purchased of B. Bissel & wife on 6 Jan. 1836, more or less, subject to all legal highways, warrant title. /s/ David B. Clayton. Wit. Lewis Miller, Jnad.? N?. Phinkney?. David B. Clayton land in Painsville Twp, being No.11 in 8th range of townships in the Connecticut Western Reserve in State of OH and which is also in Geauga Co., bounded 45 feet on Main Street on the west by land supposed to belong to J. Hills, on the south by the alley running west from the public square 45 feet on said alley, and on the east by land owned by said David B. Clayton, the land intended to be deeded is the same that said Clayton sold to said Duncan 18 March last and the same deeded by B. Bissell & wife to said Clayton Jany. 1836, more or less, subject to legal highways, warrant title. And the said Fidelia Duncan release her right of dower. /s/ William L. Duncan, Phidelia Duncan. Wit.
