Sheriff by deed conveyed to said Higgins on 15th Nov. 1821, together with appurtenances, warrant title. /s/ D. Higgins, Cecelia Higgins. Wit. John Cruster, Jane Baldwin. David Higgins and wife Cecilia appeared 6 Feb. 1822 before Joseph Penin, J.P. Recorded March 9, 1822. (FHL film 468,464)
